1. Do you offer insurance discounts?

2. Do you come to my home our office?

3. Do you take credit cards?

4. Do you clean up the mess after you are done and vacuum any glass pieces?

5. Do you work on weekends?

6. Does the replacement glass have the same safety features as my original glass?

7. Is it new glass or defective glass?

Be careful about some mobile windshield replacement services being offered on sites like Craigslist etc. they are not a very good deal when you start asking questions. Some places are offering defective glass as NEW, which they are not. They are called “blemish glass” and contain small flaws that keep them from being sold as a new windshield.

You might not be able to see the blemish until you are sitting in the driver seat and have sun glaring at your eyes!  I doubt one of these windshields without knowing it and was very disappointed that I was not told, or that I was not smart enough to ask.

I got them to replace the glass with a better windshield but they and I were not very happy about it.
